HOW TO BOOK AN F.I.T. - AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3

1- Qualify your client

a. Do not be scared, even if you do not know the destination. We know EUROPE, ICELAND, AFRICA, SOUTHEAST ASIA, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, and SOUTH AMERICA – we will help you!

b. Collect client information: when, where, who, budget, etc. We do offer a new request checklist. This is a list of details needed to help get things started. Feel free to call or email us.

c. Try to push for a budget – but if you cannot, we can start higher and go down from there.

d. Please note: We require a minimum of 3-nights accommodation plus service to work on an FIT.

2- Let us do the work

a. Depending on your needs, we will create an itinerary suggestion first or custom quote right away. 

b. Quotes are based on actual availability of hotels, transportation needs, sightseeing, transfers, museum tickets, etc.- Everything clients need for a land package. Please allow at least 48 hours for us to do our magic.

c. We will email you the detailed quote, which you can immediately pass along to your clients. 

d. Fine tune with the clients. We can make offer two or three, whatever is necessary before collecting deposit.

3- Last but not least

a. You can sit back and concentrate on selling more FITs while we do all the leg work, such as: booking hotels, trains, writing a detailed itinerary, etc. This will all be given in the client document package. 

b. Approx. 2 weeks prior to client departure you will receive an extensive set of documents from us, which will surely impress your clients and make you look good. We also provide your clients with a 24/7 emergency phone number. 

c. With your client's set of documents, YOU will receive your 12% commission check.

It is important to emphasize that we are not an agency known for being a low-cost option. Travelers use us for our expertise in the destinations, how to put complex itineraries together, our knowledge in the train system, our close connection with local vendors such as tour companies, transfer companies, etc. and for being available to travelers 24/7 during their travels if they need help. But we always do our best to meet the budget needs of clients when a budget is provided.
