BOTSWANA SAFARI & VICTORIA FALLS

The Kwando Camps present a full and extraordinary range of places, people and activities that will complete an unforgettable safari. Between the Kwando camps in Botswana and Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, this trip is the perfect balance of wildlife, culture and adventure.

Day 1 Arrive Johannesburg. Shuttle bus service to your airport hotel. Overnight at the City Lodge Hotel OR Tambo Airport (within Johannesburg Airport). Standard room incl. breakfast.

Day 2 (Flight from Johannes-burg to Maun Airport – not included)

Air Transfer (included) from the Maun Airport to the Kwando Splash Camp. All meals and game activities are included for 3 nights.

Day 3+4 Time at Kwando Splash Camp, located in the heart of the Okavango Delta, within the Private Kwara Reserve. This new camp will offer a very relaxed, friendly and authentic atmosphere.

Day 5 Air transfer (included) from the Splash Camp to the Kwando Lagoon Camp. All meals and game activities are included for 3 nights.

Day 6+7 Set on the banks of an oxbow of the Kwando River, the Lagoon Camp is remote and beautiful. For many months of the year you’ll see elephants drinking from the water next to the camp and witness the huge herds of buffalo that keep close proximity to the Kwando River.

Day 8 Air transfer (included) from the Lagoon Camp to the Kasane Airport and road transfer from the Kasane Airport to Victoria Falls. Three overnights at The Elephant Camp, all meals, drinks (except Premium drinks) and many activities are included.

Day 9+10 Included: Tour of the Victoria Falls, visit to the Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust, sunset cruise, an elephant interaction, Cocktails and canapés at Batoka Gorge, Lunch at the Lookout Café, a village tour,

Game drives in the Wild Horizons Wildlife Sanctuary, a Victoria Falls Canopy tour, birding and nature walks on the concession.

Day 11 You have a transfer from the hotel to the Victoria Falls Airport included. End of Journey. 

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: We recommend adding another night or two back in Johannesburg for sightseeing and catching a flight back to the USA. Kwando offers a few other camps in different parts of Botswana.
